Managing Tabs

By tap-and-holding in a tab, a popup menu will appear with the various functions discussed in the previous section. The popup menu also lists a "Tab Settings" sub-menu, that has commands related to managing each individual tab. You can add and remove links, and perform other functions.

Import Links pops up a list of all the shortcuts Pocket Launcher can find on your device. Selecting various shortcuts on that list will import them into the current tab.

Add / Remove pops up another menu with items such as the different Settings items. It is through this functionality that you can import links to your Settings (Control Panel) items. For older Pocket PC devices that do not have a 'Find' shortcut, you can import that link as well.

Today Screen toggles whether the current tab should not be treated as a normal tab (with icons and shortcuts), but instead act as a "portal" to your Today Screen. Enabling this option will display your today page (within Pocket Launcher) whenever that tab is selected.

Rename will prompt you to rename the current tab, changing the displayed name at the bottom of Pocket Launcher's screen.

Remove will prompt you to remove the current tab, deleting all the shortcuts and icons in the tab.
